Who needs a hot beach for their winter break when you can have ice and snow?

I finally made it to Norway to see the Northern Lights. However, the first outing took me cross-country to Finland in search of clearer sky. It’s amazing how many stars you can see without artificial light masking them. We found a spot near Lake Oikojärvi, lit a fire, and waited. The lady first appeared shy, then danced, green and red, across the sky.
