Rain rain go away…………

After a rainy miserable day in Padstow, I had the surprise of a shift in the light at sunset. The rain cleared, the wind dropped, and pretty pink clouds filled the sky. #padstow #cornishharbour #cornishsunset #seascapephotography #cornwall #explorecornwall #cornishcoast #bestofcornwall #seascape #sunset #cornwallphotography #longexposures #nisifilters #swcoastpath @visit.padstow @uk_greatshots @your_skies @swcoastwalking

At Long Last – – – Harlyn bay

Following a busy day at my exhibition in Padstow this past weekend, I took a drive out to Harlyn Bay in the hope of catching a sunset. Harlyn has been my nemesis for many years. I never manage to take a photo I like, but the tide is starting to turn! I actually quite like this one! What do you think? #northcornwall #cornwall #photographyexhibition

Day (evening) 2 ……… of such a beautiful experience.

A short drive from Tromsø, in a couple of various location. The snow here was deep! One step you were on compacted snow, the next step you’d lose half a leg! The evening started with a neon green meteor that flashed across the sky. Not long after, the northern lights appeared. It was definitely stronger than the night before, as you could clearly see

Wow! What an experience

Who needs a hot beach for their winter break when you can have ice and snow? I finally made it to Norway to see the Northern Lights. However, the first outing took me cross-country to Finland in search of clearer sky. It's amazing how many stars you can see without artificial light masking them. We found a spot near Lake Oikojärvi, lit a fire, and
